Our Sessions
-Utilizing the things I have learned and my unique skills as a trance medium, I allow Source energy to dictate the sessions. PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SESSION VARYS depending on what energy clearing needs to be done.
-Often, I will download vital energy downloads into various chakras to set new energetic templates into place for a person to adapt more quickly to the energetic shift. Sometimes an energy exchange will occur randomly through my heart chakra and a client’s heart chakras as well. I cannot do this at will, only if I am called to do so through Source (a.k.a. God or God-consciousness).
-During a session, I will clear out unwanted energy and infuse divine energy into chakra and meridian energy portals within one’s energy body using my HEART CHAKRA . I work with the divine energy by allowing it to filter into my heart chakra AND ALLOWING IT TO INTUITIVELY GUIDE me to know which chakra areas need the most attention.
-OFTEN THERE ARE AREAS OF BUILT UP HEAVY ENERGY (BLOCKAGES) WITHIN A PERSON’S ENERGY SYSTEM. These blockages, if not dealt with promptly, will eventually manifest into mental or physical illnesses over time. We can more easily access the divine energy within by eliminating as much dense energy as possible. Doing so will help shift a person to a higher vibrational mindset, thus, allowing positive changes and leading the way for one to reconnect to one’s true authentic self on a soul level.
-Think of it this way. We have layers and layers of false beliefs weighing us down and lowering our vibration. I can help you peel away some of those layers or remove energy associated with the emotional baggage to lighten up the weight you carry on your life’s journey.
Requirements for an in person session include:
Before the session starts, I ask each person to sign a consent form allowing me to work with the individual for a session.
Wear comfy clothes, I want you to feel as comfy as possible.
Try not to drink alcohol, vape, smoke, do drugs, or do anything that may drastically shift your vibration before the session. It’s best to be in your natural state for a session.
For each in-person session, I will sit across from you while the session takes place. Nothing is expected from you. You simply show up, and I do the rest. Sessions can be done remotely as well.
Generally, soft meditation-style music will play in the background with no crystals or anything of that nature. If you have any crystals that you feel would help you feel more at ease, please feel free to bring them and have them near you.
In the end, I will hold space for each person to internally set their intentions for things they wish to manifest in their lives, so have some things in mind before we do this at the end of the session.
Come to a session with an open mind and heart. This is key to getting the most out of each session.
After a session, drinking a healthy amount of water is recommended to help with further cleansing and flush out your system.
Please note, after removing heavier energy, it will take a couple of days for a person to adjust and integrate the energy shifts, and at times, different emotional obstructions (triggers) may become exposed. Working through and releasing trauma-induced dense energy is a process, and a couple of sessions may need to be done to slowly help a person release things they no longer want to hold on to. I can only help remove the energy that a person allows me to help them release. Severe issues may take some time to be resolved.
-Counseling sessions regarding spiritual awakenings are available, too, as well as knowledge regarding twin flame consciousness/knowledge (or what I refer to as Soul Advancement Partner(ships)). Please feel free to ask questions. If a more extended session is something you are looking for, an appointment time can be arranged.

-If a client is unable to come for an in person appointment, I can do a session remotely. If a person is familiar with spiritual work and knows what chakras are a remote session (via Zoom, Messenger, Skype, etc.) should work and be as effective as an in-person session.
-A session generally lasts one to one and a half hours. I take time to explain what I’m doing prior to the session and answer any questions. Then I connect with Source energy and allow the energy flows through my heart chakra as I work with a person’s energy field. I generally do online sessions, however, if we are able to do an in-person session it is the preferred method because nothing is better than an in-person experience; however, I realize that isn’t always possible. At the end of our time together, I will hold space for each client to set intentions they would like to manifest in their life. I will also discuss what you felt and answer any questions that may arise.
Energy Clearing Session

What to expect: During an in-person or online session, I connect with a person’s energy field and analyze areas where heavier energy has accumulated by analyzing different chakra and meridian points.
This is done by me sitting across from the client during an in-person appointment. A client will be fully dressed. There is no need to fret about anything. You simply sit in a comfortable position, and I will do all the work. If you ever have any questions during a session, please ask. Sometimes people need a break to use the restroom or wish to share information. I encourage client involvement during a session, so they feel as comfortable as possible.
For an online appointment sitting in a normal position works fine.
Techniques performed for energy removal will vary depending on the needs of each client. Please note sessions can be intense. I often cry, breathe erratically, make weird noises, sweat, and dry heave. It is all a part of my process to expel the heavy energy (exfoliate the soul) within an individual’s energy field.
At the end of the session, I will hold space for a client to set their intentions for something they wish to manifest. This portion lasts a couple of minutes.
Before coming in, mentally prepare by thinking about things you’d like to let go of or issues you’d like to release.
A reminder, drink plenty of water to help cleanse your body after a D.E.R (Dense Energy Removal).
